Job summary

tms is seeking an RN Learning & Development specialist to deliver travel-focused training to clinical staff across multiple sites. This in-office role is based in Fort Myers, FL, requiring on-site collaboration with local teams.

You will assess learning needs, map curricula, create materials, and coach nurses to improve performance, while tracking progress with defined metrics and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• RN licensure with active state nursing license and travel eligibility.
• Experience delivering L&D programs for clinical staff.
• Proficient in data reporting, metrics, and benchmarking.
• Willingness to travel to multiple sites.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver travel-focused L&D programs to RN staff across sites.
• Track and report training progress using defined metrics and pipelines.
• Assess learning needs and map to clinical competencies for mobility.
• Facilitate on-site training sessions and skills labs.
• Create and maintain instructional materials and curricula updates.
• Provide coaching and feedback to nurses to improve performance.
