Job summary

Healthfirst is seeking a Learning Delivery Specialist (Clinical RN) to drive enterprise learning initiatives. You will design, develop and facilitate classroom and virtual delivery events, partnering with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.

The role requires an RN with strong facilitation skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and LMS, and willingness to travel 25–50% for onsite delivery; the position is hybrid in the New York area.

Qualifications

• RN with licensure in nursing or related clinical field
• Experience as trainer delivering standard operating procedure based training
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and LMS systems
• Willingness to travel 25–50% for onsite delivery

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and deliver learning events across the enterprise
• Serve as SME in design and development of learning content
• Maintain and update learning materials to meet criteria
• Partner with internal organizations to execute training plans
• Collaborate with business units to drive change initiatives
• Identify mitigation strategies for training delivery challenges
• Manage learning environments and assess knowledge transfer
• Handle event logistics and communications for successful delivery
