Job summary

Mission Health Communities is seeking an experienced RN to join as Learning & Leadership Partner, helping to develop leaders and strengthen workforce readiness across skilled nursing communities. This role partners with regional leaders to design and deliver leadership development, clinical learning, and career pathways, using coaching, training, and train-the-trainer strategies.

Travel to Mission Health communities will be required; the position offers an $82,500 annual salary plus bonus

Qualifications

• Current RN license is required.
• Experience in learning and development, workforce development, or healthcare education.
• Strong facilitation, communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel to Mission Health communities as needed.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify learning, leadership, and performance needs with regional and community leaders.
• Support initiatives with Operations, Clinical Services, HR, and other departments.
• Determine best solutions: training, coaching, or process improvement.
• Develop leaders, mentors, instructors, and SMEs to sustain learning locally.
• Collaborate on train-the-trainer programs and workforce education initiatives.
• Track participation, feedback, and outcomes for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate workshops, courses, and reporting.
• Travel as needed to Mission Health communities.
