STHS Edinburg is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse leader to manage patient care for medical/surgical patients. The role emphasizes assessment, planning, guiding, and evaluating nursing care in line with the facility's policies and philosophy.

The RN will provide professional leadership to the healthcare team, oversee nursing staff, and collaborate with hospital and ancillary departments to resolve patient care concerns. Weekend/evening/on-call duties may be required.

Qualificações

• Active Texas RN license (or compact state) is required.
• ACLS/BLS certifications required and maintained.

Responsabilidades

• Assess and plan patient care as a professional nurse leader.
• Provide safe, competent nursing care aligned with policies and philosophy.
• Oversee and guide nursing staff under supervision.
• Coordinate with hospital staff and ancillary departments on patient care.
• Demonstrate service excellence; may work weekends, holidays, evenings, nights, or on-call status.
