SSM Health St. Anthony Hospital Midwest is seeking a House Supervisor to oversee daily nursing operations on the Day Shift. As a leader, you will provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to staff and partner with department leaders to ensure safe, efficient patient care.

This role requires an accredited nursing degree and RN licensure, with at least two years of RN experience. You will monitor workflows, participate in performance reviews, and help develop training programs while upholding
