Job summary

SSM Health St. Anthony Hospital Midwest in Oklahoma City seeks an experienced RN leader to coordinate nightly operations within Nursing Administration. The role focuses on implementing clinical objectives and ensuring quality patient care.

You will supervise RN staff, manage patient flow, respond to emergencies, and participate in incident command during disasters, with opportunities for development and collaboration across leadership.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing or education equivalency for licensing.

Responsibilities

• Assigns, directs, educates and monitors nursing and support staff during assigned shift.
• Manages patient flow within assigned area.
• Provides support and coordination for patient emergencies.
• Opens and leads incident command for internal or external disasters until relieved by assigned administrative representative.
• Evaluates the effectiveness of patient care and identifies issues affecting outcomes.
• Responds to complaints about patient care and manages through established channels.
