Job summary

SSM Health St. Anthony Hospital Midwest in Oklahoma City is seeking an experienced RN to support daily operational activities in Nursing Administration. You will mentor staff, coach teams, and assist with training to ensure high standards of care.

Qualifications

• Two years of registered nurse experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitors daily workflow and staff performance, supports department leader, and helps with mentoring and training.
• Oversees staff scheduling, attendance, and time-off processes to ensure smooth operations.
• Participates in staff meetings and assists leaders with on-the-job training to maintain compliance and policies.
• Supports development of training materials and manuals; contributes to performance review processes.
