Presbyterian Healthcare Services in Albuquerque, NM is hiring a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Labor and Delivery team. This full-time role (0.90 FTE, 12-hour night shifts) offers mentorship through a Nurse Residency Program for new grads and opportunities to advance with tuition and certification reimbursement, and loan forgiveness.

As an RN in Labor and Delivery, you will care for mothers and newborns, monitor fetal health, collaborate with obstetricians, and educate families

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing (ADN) required.
• Active NM nursing license or valid compact-state license.
• BLS certification required at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess, monitor, and manage patients during labor, delivery, and postpartum.
• Perform fetal monitoring and interpret results for maternal/fetal health.
• Collaborate with obstetricians, midwives, and healthcare team during deliveries.
• Educate new mothers on breastfeeding, infant care, and recovery.
• Administer medications, IVs, and monitor for adverse reactions.
