Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Develop and update patient care plans with a family-centered approach
• Monitor patient status and document findings accurately
• Coordinate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe and effective care
• Educate patients and families on care plans and post-discharge needs
