Job summary

HonorHealth's RN Intermediate Care Unit in Deer Valley, Phoenix, AZ, is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for night shift. The RN will administer medications, monitor patient progress, and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.

Ideal candidates hold a BSN within 60 months or have 5+ years of RN experience, with current AZ or compact licensure and BLS certification; sign-on bonus up to $10k may be available.

Qualifications

• Associates or Diploma in Nursing required.
• BSN within 60 months of hire or 5+ years RN experience preferred.
• Current Arizona nursing license or compact state licensure; obtain within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care based on ANA standards and hospital protocols.
• Administer medications, monitor IVs, and perform treatments.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and families on post-treatment and home care needs.
