Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is seeking an RN Infection Preventionist/ADON to lead infection control across our facility. You will monitor HAIs/CAIs, collect and analyze data, and present findings to staff and leadership.

You will develop education, ensure compliance with CDC/State guidelines, and maintain IPC knowledge while coordinating with departments to protect residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in infection control within long-term care facilities.
• Ability to collect, analyze, and present infection data.
• Strong understanding of infection prevention measures and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Public Health Advisories from local, state, and federal agencies.
• Serve as on-site IPC for COVID-19 prevention and response.
• Develop and oversee Antibiotic Stewardship Program.
