Job summary

Centennial SNF Healthcare, LLC is seeking an Education/Training Lead to plan, organize, and deliver in-service programs that meet regulatory standards and improve staff performance. You will drive growth by assessing education needs and creating tailored plans for the facility.

Conduct orientations for new hires and perform annual competency assessments to ensure high-quality care. RN license in Alaska is required.
