Centennial Post Acute is seeking a dynamic Staff Development Coordinator / Infection Preventionist to lead engaging training programs and uphold the highest standards of care for our residents. You will mentor staff, drive education initiatives, and foster a culture of excellence across the facility.

Responsibilities include planning in-service education, assessing educational needs, orienting new hires, performing annual competency assessments, and maintaining up-to-date licensure and health
