The ideal candidate has RN licensure in Alaska and demonstrates strong leadership, organization, and communication skills to plan training, orient new hires, and conduct annual competency assessments for staff.

Qualifications

• RN Alaska license is required.
• Proven ability to lead in-service training programs.
• Experience in infection prevention a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
