You will mentor staff, drive education initiatives, and foster a culture of excellence across the facility.

Responsibilities include planning in-service education, assessing educational needs, orienting new hires, performing annual competency assessments, and maintaining up-to-date licensure and health

Qualifications

• RN license in Alaska is required.
• Demonstrated ability to lead education and training initiatives.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
