Qualifications

• BSN required and valid Texas RN license or eligible Compact license.
• 4+ years of nursing practice.
• BLS and ACLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Public Notary registration required within 90 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate patient care and staffing and suggest changes to improve patient care.
• Coordinate and communicate patient flow with PPC Coordinators and Regional Transfer Center.
• Lead staffing, training, coaching, and employee engagement activities.
• Collaborate with physicians and multi-disciplinary teams to ensure quality care.
