Uvalde Memorial Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse House Supervisor for Nursing Administration. This on-site leadership role oversees hospital-wide nursing operations during the night shift, coordinating staffing, patient flow, and after-hours administrative activities to support safe, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Texas.
• BSN preferred.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, ENPC certifications required.
• Minimum two years of clinical nursing experience.
• Two years of supervisory/management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospital-wide leadership and clinical support during assigned shifts.
• Monitor staffing levels and patient flow to ensure safe, effective care.
• Serve as administrative resource after hours and coordinate admissions/transfers.
• Coordinate staffing adjustments and resource allocation during shifts.
• Facilitate communication among nursing teams, physicians and departments to support care continuity.
• Respond to emergencies (Code Blue) and assist with high-acuity cases as needed.
