Job summary

Select Specialty Hospital Grand Rapids is seeking an experienced RN House Supervisor for the night shift. You will lead nursing staff, coordinate patient care, and ensure safety and quality across the unit.

The role includes managing resources during shifts, maintaining policy adherence, and serving as a clinical resource to patients, families, and team members.

A $20,000 sign-on bonus is offered; BLS/ACLS required on hire; five years of critical care experience and a BSN are preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid State RN License.
• BLS and ACLS required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Effectively managing resources during your assigned shift.
• Creating a healthy work atmosphere that promotes both team and individual growth.
• Constantly monitoring the workplace to ensure that all company policies and procedures are being maintained.
• Serving as a clinical resource to the staff and patients/families.

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) License
• BLS and ACLS required at hire.

Preferred Qualifications

• Five (5) years of critical care/progressive clinical care experience is preferred.
• Prior clinical management experience is preferred.
• BSN is preferred.
