Acadia Healthcare is seeking an RN Nursing Operations Leader to oversee daily nursing operations at the Memphis facility. The role ensures adequate staffing, directs behavioral health/nursing services, and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to meet residents' needs while maintaining a strong focus on patient safety and regulatory compliance.

The incumbent will model exemplary patient service, supervise charting and medication administration, and mentor staff to ensure high-quality care

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state where the facility is located.
• BSN from an accredited school of nursing.
• At least 1 year of RN experience; psychiatric/recovery setting preferred.
• Leadership or charge RN experience preferred.
• Ability to oversee nursing operations and ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsabilités

• Oversight of nursing operations and staffing adequacy.
• Model customer service and maintain patient safety urgency.
• Enforce policies for delivery of patient and resident care.
• Ensure proper unit staffing, coverage for call-offs and vacations.
• Complete chart checks, MARs, logs, and nursing assessments.
• Perform shift rounds and random audits.
• Mentor and train staff; ensure orientation and competency.
• Coordinate care with physicians and order diagnostics.
• Document medical and behavioral health information and nursing care.
• Administer medications per company policies and procedures.
