Job summary

Acadia Behavioral Health Hospital in Conway, Arkansas is seeking an RN Nights House Supervisor to oversee nursing operations on night shift. The role requires BSN, active RN license in Arkansas, and leadership experience in psychiatric or recovery settings.

12-hour shifts, every other weekend, with opportunities to mentor and guide the nursing team. Responsibilities include staffing management, patient safety, care coordination, medication administration, and adherence to regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• BSN from accredited school of nursing preferred.
• Current RN license in the state of the facility required.
• 1+ year of RN experience required; 1+ year in psychiatric/recovery programs preferred.
• Some experience as charge RN or other leadership position preferred.

Responsibilities

• Anticipates census and acuity changes and allocates nursing resources.
• Model customer service expectations and prioritize patient safety.
• Enforce and interpret policies for delivery of patient care.
• Ensure proper unit staffing, maintain ratios, cover call-offs and vacations.
• Complete chart checks, MARs and nursing assessments; keep records current.
• Lead admissions and discharges; inform physicians of condition changes.
• Mentor and train staff; ensure facility compliance with standards.
• Coordinate care with physicians, orders, diagnostics; ensure consultations.
• Administer medications and document care per policy.
