Job summary

Crestwyn Behavioral Health Hospital in Memphis, TN, is seeking qualified Registered Nurses to lead nursing operations, coordinate care, and ensure patient safety. Qualifications

• BSN from accredited school of nursing preferred.
• Current registered nursing license in State of facility required.
• Greater than 1 year of RN experience strongly preferred.
• 1 year RN experience required.
• 1 year in psychiatric/recovery programs preferred.
• Some leadership/charge RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily nursing operations to ensure adequate staffing and quality care.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams and physician orders.
• Document medical and behavioral health information accurately.
• Administer medications and maintain nursing records.
• Provide mentorship and training to staff and ensure compliance with standards.
