Compassus in Athens, GA is seeking an Hospice Clinical Liaison to promote our values and guide referral sources to appropriate hospice care. The role focuses on building relationships with hospitals, facilities, and community partners to identify patients who can benefit from Compassus services.

The ideal candidate is a registered nurse with 2–3 years of healthcare experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to educate stakeholders about hospice benefits.

Qualifications

• RN license is required; Bachelor's degree in Nursing highly preferred.
• Two to three years of healthcare experience required.
• Experience in healthcare marketing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attends staff meetings, educational programs, and community events.
• Explains hospice services to patients and families to foster accurate views.
• Coordinates signatures and documents; liaises with Admission Coordinator.
• Develops relationships with hospitals, facilities and community education reps.
• Facilitates admissions from hospital to home hospice and from long-term care.
