Job summary

Qualifications

• RN license required in state of employment.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• 2–3 years hospital or long-term care clinical experience required.
• Experience in healthcare marketing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attends staff meetings, educational programs, and community events.
• Explains hospice services and benefits to patients, family members, and significant others.
• Obtains signatures on all required forms and provides copies to patient/responsible party.
• Establishes and maintains significant professional relationships with referral sources.
