Maxim Healthcare is hiring for a Registered Nurse to work with adult patients in their own homes.

Part-time 1st shift opportunities available!

Salary: $45 - $50 / hour

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care and services provided to clients receiving contracted services, as required.
• Initiate the plan of care when directed and request revisions from prescribers as patient needs change.
• Incorporate therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions based on patient diagnosis and goals.
• Respond to changes in patient condition and report to physicians or supervisors.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring and documenting their effectiveness.
• Review care plans and protocols to identify areas for education, care coordination, goal setting, and discharge planning.

Requirements:

• Current RN license for the state of practice.
• Current health certificate (per facility or state regulation).
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year of RN experience preferred.
