Maxim Healthcare is hiring a Registered Nurse to work with adult patients in their homes.

We offer full-time and part-time opportunities for 1st and 3rd shifts.

Salary: $30 - $38 per hour

Responsibilities:

1. Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care and services provided to clients receiving contracted services.
2. Initiate the care plan as directed and request revisions from the prescriber as patient needs change.
3. Incorporate therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions based on patient diagnosis and goals.
4. Respond to changes in patient condition and report to the physician or supervisor.
5. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and monitor and document their effectiveness.
6. Review care plans and protocols to identify education, care coordination, and discharge planning needs.

Requirements:

• Current RN license for the state of practice
• Current health certificate (per facility or state regulation)
• Current PPD or chest X-ray
• Current BLS card
• One year of RN experience preferred
