Maxim Healthcare is hiring for a Registered Nurse to work with Adult patients in their own homes.

1st shift part-time opportunities available!

Salary: $35 - 40 / hour

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care and services provided to clients receiving contracted services, as required.
• Initiate and revise the plan of care based on patient needs and prescriber instructions.
• Incorporate therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions based on diagnosis and goals.
• Respond to changes in patient condition, report to physicians or supervisors.
• Administer medications and treatments, monitor and document effectiveness.
• Review care plans, identify education, coordination, and discharge planning needs.

Requirements:

• Current RN license for the practicing state.
• Current Health Certificate (per facility or state regulation).
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year RN experience preferred.
