Maxim Healthcare is hiring for a Registered Nurse to work with a Pediatric patient in their own home.

Salary: $20 - 26 / hour

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient/client care and/or services provided to clients receiving contracted services, as required.
• Initiate the plan of care when directed and request revisions from prescribers as patient needs change.
• Incorporate therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions based on patient diagnosis and established goals.
• Respond to changes in patient/client condition and report such changes to the appropriate physician or supervisor.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed; monitor and document effectiveness of interventions.
• Review care plans and protocols, and identify areas for healthcare education, care coordination, goal setting, and discharge planning if applicable.

Requirements:

• Current RN license for the state of practice.
• Current Health Certificate (per facility or state regulation).
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year of prior RN experience preferred.
