Job description

Maxim Healthcare is hiring a Registered Nurse to work with an adult patient in their own home.

We offer full-time and part-time positions across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts!

Salary: $35 - $40 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care and services.
• Initiate and revise the plan of care as patient needs change, in collaboration with prescribers.
• Incorporate therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions based on patient diagnosis and goals.
• Respond to changes in patient condition, reporting to physicians or supervisors as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments, monitor, and document their effectiveness.
• Review care plans, identify educational needs, and coordinate care and discharge planning.

Requirements:

• Current RN license for the state of practice.
• Current health certificate (per facility or state regulation).
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year of RN experience preferred.
