Maxim Healthcare is hiring a Registered Nurse to work with adult patients in their own homes.

We have part-time and full-time 1st shift hours available!

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care and services provided to clients receiving contracted services.
• Initiate the plan of care as directed and request revisions from prescribers as patient needs change.
• Incorporate therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions based on diagnosis and goals.
• Respond to changes in patient condition and report to physicians or supervisors.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitor, and document their effectiveness.
• Review care plans and protocols, identify educational needs, coordinate care, and plan for discharge as needed.

Requirements:

• Current RN license for the state of practice.
• Current health certificate (per facility or state regulation).
• Current PPD test or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year of RN experience preferred.
