Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Jefferson City, MO is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide in-home care to pediatric and/or adult patients. Full-time, part-time, and PRN schedules available, with competitive hourly pay and weekly paychecks.

As an RN, you will perform skilled nursing services per physician orders, monitor patient conditions, and document findings to support ongoing care planning. MO RN licensure, TB/Chest X-ray, and current BLS certification are required.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in the state where practice occurs.
• Current TB test or chest X-ray.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care on each assignment as ordered.
• Assess signs of physiologic and psychosocial changes in patients’ condition.
• Collect and document health data and nursing diagnoses.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an RN in the state in which the RN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card
