Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Lee's Summit is hiring for a Registered Nurse (RN) to work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own homes. Full Time, Part Time, PRN positions available.

Responsibilities include using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; provide skilled nursing services per orders; monitor signs of physiologic and psychosocial changes; document data and nursing diagnoses. RN license in the practice state and current BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed RN in the state where practice.
• Current TB test or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provide skilled nursing services per prescribed orders.
• Assess signs/symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and document data and nursing diagnoses.
