Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Albany is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to work with pediatric patients in their own homes. Full Time, Part Time, PRN positions available.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an RN in the state in which the RN will practice.
• TB test or Chest X-ray current.
• BLS certification current.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provide skilled nursing care/services per prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from health care members and document nursing diagnoses.
