Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Liberty is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own homes. Full Time, Part Time, PRN positions available.

As a home health RN, you will use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, delivering skilled nursing services in accordance with prescribed orders. A current Missouri RN license, TB/Chest X-ray, and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an RN in the state in which the RN will practice.
• Current TB test or chest X-ray.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provide skilled nursing care in accordance with prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and document data and nursing diagnoses.
