Job summary

Magenta Care LLC seeks an experienced Home Infusion RN to deliver compassionate patient care in Williston, ND, with travel to surrounding areas (1–2 hours). The role involves planning, implementing, and coordinating infusion therapies, while upholding patient dignity and privacy. Strong IV skills and valid ND RN license are required.

You will educate families, collaborate with physicians, and ensure timely documentation of patient status and changes in condition.

Qualifications

• Valid ND Registered Nurse license or Multistate RN License (Compact).
• Minimum 1 year RN experience (Infusion, ER, ICU).
• Excellent IV insertion skills.
• CPR and BLS certification.
• ND driver’s license with insurability and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within RN scope.

Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced home infusion RN who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a strong commitment to maintaining patient privacy and dignity.

The primary location for this position will be in Williston, ND, with the requirement to travel up to one to two hours outside of Williston to serve our clients.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care, practicing within the scope of the registered nurse practice act. Continuously assess, use nursing diagnosis, implement, plan, and evaluate patient care, actively involving patients and their families in the process. Collaborate with physicians and other interdisciplinary team members to develop a comprehensive plan of care that addresses the unique needs of each patient and their family. Facilitate patient start of care through the admission process. Act as a patient advocate, ensuring their rights, preferences, and safety are upheld. Document and effectively communicate any changes in the patient's condition promptly to team members, the Director of Clinical Services, and the physician. Provide nursing care to home health patients, adhering to established standards of care and following agency policies and procedures. Educate patients and their families on infusion therapy management, potential side effects, and self-care practices

Requirements

Valid ND Registered Nurse (RN) license Or Multistate RN License (Compact). Minimum of 1 year of recent RN experience (Infusion, ER, ICU). Excellent IV insertion skills. Healthcare provider CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Current North Dakota Driver's license with proof of insurability. Reliable transportation
