Magenta Care is seeking a skilled Home Infusion RN to support pediatric patients in Bridgeport, Washington. The role requires travel up to one to two hours outside Bridgeport to serve clients, and an active WA RN license.

Expect collaboration with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to develop patient-centered infusion plans. The ideal candidate brings IV expertise, CPR/BLS certification, and a commitment to patient privacy and dignity, with at least 1 year of home health experience

Qualificações

• Washington RN license required.
• CRNI or IgCN certification preferred.
• BSN preferred but not required.
• Minimum 1 year of home health RN experience preferred.
• CPR and BLS certification required.
• WA driver's license with reliable transportation required.

If you meet the qualifications and are ready to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others, we invite you to apply at Magenta Care.## Responsibilities* Provide direct patient care, practicing within the scope of the registered nurse practice act* Continuously assess, use nursing diagnosis, implement, plan, and evaluate patient care, actively involving patients and their families in the process* Collaborate with physicians and other interdisciplinary team members to develop a comprehensive plan of care that addresses the unique needs of each patient and their family* Facilitate patient start of care through the admission process* Act as a patient advocate, ensuring their rights, preferences, and safety are upheld* Document and effectively communicate any changes in the patient's condition promptly to team members, the Director of Clinical Services, and the physician* Provide nursing care to home health patients, adhering to established standards of care and following agency policies and procedures* Educate patients and their families on infusion therapy management, potential side effects, and self-care practices## Required Qualifications* CRNI (Certified Registered Nurse Infusion) or IgCN (Immunoglobulin Certified Nurse) certification preferred* Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Washington.* Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred, but not required* Minimum of 1 year of recent home health RN experience preferred* Excellent IV insertion skills* Healthcare provider CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification* Current Washington state Driver's license with proof of insurability* Reliable transportation## Benefits* Biweekly direct deposit pay* Travel reimbursement* Referral bonus
