Magenta Care is seeking a skilled Home Infusion RN to support pediatric patients in Bridgeport, Washington. The role requires travel up to one to two hours outside Bridgeport to serve clients, and an active WA RN license.

Expect collaboration with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to develop patient-centered infusion plans. The ideal candidate brings IV expertise, CPR/BLS certification, and a commitment to patient privacy and dignity, with at least 1 year of home health experience

Competenze

• Washington RN license required.
• CRNI or IgCN certification preferred.
• BSN preferred but not required.
• Minimum 1 year of home health RN experience preferred.
• CPR and BLS certification required.
• WA driver's license with reliable transportation required.

Mansioni

• Provide direct patient home infusion nursing care.
• Assess and plan patient care with families, using nursing diagnoses.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to create care plans.
• Facilitate start of care and admission process.
• Educate patients and families on infusion therapy management.
