Job summary

Magenta Care LLC seeks a dedicated home infusion RN to deliver high-quality patient care in the Boise area, with occasional travel beyond Boise.

You will assess, plan, and implement patient care, educate families about infusion therapy, and collaborate with physicians to ensure safe, compassionate treatment at home.

Qualified applicants have an active RN license (Compact), 1 year infusion/ER/ICU experience, strong IV skills, CPR/BLS, Idaho driver's license, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within the RN scope.
• Continuously assess, plan, and evaluate patient care with patient/family involvement.
• Collaborate with physicians to develop comprehensive care plans.
• Facilitate start of care through admission process.
• Advocate for patient rights, safety, and preferences.
• Promptly document changes in patient condition to the team and physician.
• Provide home health nursing per established standards and agency policies.
• Educate patients and families on infusion therapy, potential side effects, and self-care practices.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced home infusion RN who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. The primary location for this position will be in Boise, ID, with the requirement to travel up to one to two hours outside of Boise to serve our clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, practicing within the scope of the registered nurse practice act.
• Continuously assess, use nursing diagnosis, implement, plan, and evaluate patient care, actively involving patients and their families in the process.
• Collaborate with physicians and other interdisciplinary team members to develop a comprehensive plan of care that addresses the unique needs of each patient and their family.
• Facilitate patient start of care through the admission process.
• Act as a patient advocate, ensuring their rights, preferences, and safety are upheld.
• Document and effectively communicate any changes in the patient's condition promptly to team members, the Director of Clinical Services, and the physician.
• Provide nursing care to home health patients, adhering to established standards of care and following agency policies and procedures.
• Educate patients and their families on infusion therapy management, potential side effects, and self-care practices

Requirements

• Valid ID Registered Nurse (RN) license Or Multistate RN License (Compact).
• Minimum of 1 year of recent RN experience (Infusion, ER, ICU).
• Excellent IV insertion skills.
• Healthcare provider CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Current Idaho Driver's license with proof of insurability.
• Reliable transportation
