Job summary

Magenta Care LLC is seeking a dedicated home infusion RN to deliver compassionate patient care in the Sandy, UT area. The successful candidate will communicate clearly, show empathy, and uphold patient privacy and dignity while providing expert infusion nursing.

Primary duties include direct home health nursing, ongoing assessment, collaboration with physicians, and guiding patients through start of care. Travel up to 1–2 hours from Sandy is required, with pay for travel and reliable

Qualifications

• Active Utah RN license (or Compact license)
• At least 1 year RN experience (Infusion, ER, ICU)
• Proficient IV insertion skills
• CPR and BLS certification current
• Valid Utah driver’s license with reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Provide direct home health nursing care following standards of care and agency policies.
• Assess patient needs, document changes, and coordinate care with physicians and team.
• Educate patients and families on infusion therapy and self-care.
• Support admissions and start of care processes and advocate for patient safety.

Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced home infusion RN who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a strong commitment to maintaining patient privacy and dignity.

The primary location for this position will be in Sandy,UT, with the requirement to travel up to one to two hours outside of Sandy to serve our clients.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care, practicing within the scope of the registered nurse practice act. Continuously assess, use nursing diagnosis, implement, plan, and evaluate patient care, actively involving patients and their families in the process. Collaborate with physicians and other interdisciplinary team members to develop a comprehensive plan of care that addresses the unique needs of each patient and their family. Facilitate patient start of care through the admission process. Act as a patient advocate, ensuring their rights, preferences, and safety are upheld. Document and effectively communicate any changes in the patient's condition promptly to team members, the Director of Clinical Services, and the physician. Provide nursing care to home health patients, adhering to established standards of care and following agency policies and procedures. Educate patients and their families on infusion therapy management, potential side effects, and self-care practices

Requirements

• Valid UT Registered Nurse (RN) license Or Multistate RN License (Compact).
• Minimum of 1 year of recent RN experience (Infusion, ER, ICU).
• Excellent IV insertion skills.
• Healthcare provider CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Current Utah Driver's license with proof of insurability.
• Reliable transportation
