Magenta Care LLC is seeking a dedicated home infusion RN to deliver high-quality patient care in Raleigh, NC. The role requires travel up to one to two hours outside Raleigh to serve clients, and involves coordinating with physicians and the care team to ensure comprehensive, compassionate treatment.

The RN will provide direct patient care, educate patients and families, and advocate for patients’ rights and safety while maintaining privacy and dignity in the home setting.

Competenze

• Valid NC Registered Nurse (RN) license Or Multistate RN License (Compact).
• Minimum of 1 year of recent RN experience (Infusion, ER, ICU).
• Excellent IV insertion skills.
• Healthcare provider CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Current North Carolina Driver's license with proof of insurability.
• Reliable transportation.

• Continuously assess, use nursing diagnosis, implement, plan, and evaluate patient care, actively involving patients and their families in the process.
• Collaborate with physicians and other interdisciplinary team members to develop a comprehensive plan of care that addresses the unique needs of each patient and their family.
• Facilitate patient start of care through the admission process.
• Act as a patient advocate, ensuring their rights, preferences, and safety are upheld.
• Document and effectively communicate any changes in the patient's condition promptly to team members, the Director of Clinical Services, and the physician.
• Provide nursing care to home health patients, adhering to established standards of care and following agency policies and procedures.
• Educate patients and their families on infusion therapy management, potential side effects, and self-care practices
