Magenta Care LLC seeks a dedicated Home Infusion RN to deliver exceptional patient care in the Pocatello, ID area. The role requires travel up to one to two hours outside Pocatello to serve our clients, providing direct nursing care in home settings.

You will collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, educate patients and families on infusion therapy, document care, and advocate for patient safety and privacy in every visit.

Qualifications

Valid RN license in Idaho or Multistate (Compact) license.
Minimum 1 year RN experience (Infusion, ER, ICU).
CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Current Idaho driver's license with proof of insurability and reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

Provide direct patient care within the RN scope of practice.
Continuously assess and plan, implement, and evaluate patient care with family involvement.
Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to create a comprehensive care plan.
Facilitate start of care through admission process.
Advocate for patient rights, preferences and safety.
Document and communicate changes in patient condition promptly to the team and physician.
Educate patients and families on infusion therapy management and self-care practices.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced home infusion RN who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a strong commitment to maintaining patient privacy and dignity.

The primary location for this position will be in Pocatello, ID, with the requirement to travel up to one to two hours outside of Pocatello to serve our clients.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care, practicing within the scope of the registered nurse practice act.
Continuously assess, use nursing diagnosis, implement, plan, and evaluate patient care, actively involving patients and their families in the process.
Collaborate with physicians and other interdisciplinary team members to develop a comprehensive plan of care that addresses the unique needs of each patient and their family.
Facilitate patient start of care through the admission process.
Act as a patient advocate, ensuring their rights, preferences, and safety are upheld.
Document and effectively communicate any changes in the patient's condition promptly to team members, the Director of Clinical Services, and the physician.
Provide nursing care to home health patients, adhering to established standards of care and following agency policies and procedures.
Educate patients and their families on infusion therapy management, potential side effects, and self-care practices.
