Job summary

Magenta Care LLC is seeking a dedicated home infusion registered nurse to deliver high-quality patient care in the Nampa, ID area. The role requires travel up to 1–2 hours outside Nampa to serve clients, with responsibilities spanning assessment, care planning, and family involvement.

Responsibilities include direct patient care within RN scope, collaboration with physicians, starting care, ensuring patient rights and safety, and educating families on infusion therapy and self-care practices.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license (state or compact).
• Minimum 1 year RN experience (Infusion, ER, ICU).
• Excellent IV insertion skills.
• CPR and BLS certification.
• Idaho Driver’s license with proof of insurability.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct home health RN care, following the plan of care.

Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced home infusion RN who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a strong commitment to maintaining patient privacy and dignity.

The primary location for this position will be in Nampa, ID, with the requirement to travel up to one to two hours outside of Nampa to serve our clients.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care, practising within the scope of the registered nurse practice act. Continuously assess, use nursing diagnosis, implement, plan, and evaluate patient care, actively involving patients and their families in the process. Collaborate with physicians and other interdisciplinary team members to develop a comprehensive plan of care that addresses the unique needs of each patient and their family. Facilitate patient start of care through the admission process. Act as a patient advocate, ensuring their rights, preferences, and safety are upheld. Document and effectively communicate any changes in the patient’s condition promptly to team members, the Director of Clinical Services, and the physician. Provide nursing care to home health patients, adhering to established standards of care and following agency policies and procedures. Educate patients and their families on infusion therapy management, potential side effects, and self-care practices.

Requirements

• Valid ID Registered Nurse (RN) licence Or Multistate RN Licence (Compact).
• Minimum of 1 year of recent RN experience (Infusion, ER, ICU).
• Excellent IV insertion skills.
• Healthcare provider CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Current Idaho Driver’s licence with proof of insurability.
• Reliable transportation.
