Job summary

Magenta Care LLC in Lewiston, ID is seeking a dedicated home infusion RN to deliver high-quality patient care in patients' homes. You will assess, treat, and educate patients, coordinating with physicians to ensure safety and effective therapy.

The role requires travel up to one to two hours outside Lewiston, with a focus on compassionate care, strong IV skills, and adherence to privacy and dignity. Biweekly pay, travel pay, and referral bonuses are offered.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license (ID or Compact) and current CPR/BLS.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience in infusion, ER, or ICU.
• Excellent IV insertion skills.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within the RN scope of practice.
• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate patient care with family involvement.
• Collaborate with physicians and team to develop care plans.
• Facilitate start of care through admission process.
• Advocate for patient rights, preferences and safety.
• Document changes in patient condition and communicate with team.
• Deliver nursing care to home health patients following policies.
• Educate patients and families on infusion therapy and self-care.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced home infusion RN who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. The primary location for this position will be in Lewiston, ID, with the requirement to travel up to one to two hours outside of Lewiston to serve our clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, practicing within the scope of the registered nurse practice act.
• Continuously assess, use nursing diagnosis, implement, plan, and evaluate patient care, actively involving patients and their families in the process.
• Collaborate with physicians and other interdisciplinary team members to develop a comprehensive plan of care that addresses the unique needs of each patient and their family.
• Facilitate patient start of care through the admission process.
• Act as a patient advocate, ensuring their rights, preferences, and safety are upheld.
• Document and effectively communicate any changes in the patient's condition promptly to team members, the Director of Clinical Services, and the physician.
• Provide nursing care to home health patients, adhering to established standards of care and following agency policies and procedures.
• Educate patients and their families on infusion therapy management, potential side effects, and self-care practices

Requirements

• Valid ID Registered Nurse (RN) license Or Multistate RN License (Compact).
• Minimum of 1 year of recent RN experience (Infusion, ER, ICU).
• Excellent IV insertion skills.
• Healthcare provider CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Current Idaho Driver's license with proof of insurability.
• Reliable transportation
