Job summary

Qualifications

• Active NC RN license or Compact license.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience (Infusion, ER, ICU).
• Excellent IV insertion skills.
• CPR and BLS certification.
• Valid NC driver’s license and proof of insurability.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in home infusion within RN scope.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care with patient/family involvement.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team for a comprehensive plan.
• Facilitate start of care during admission process.
• Advocate for patient rights, preferences, and safety.
• Document changes in patient condition and communicate promptly to the team.
• Educate patients and families on infusion therapy management and self-care.

If you meet the qualifications and are ready to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others, we invite you to apply at Magenta Care.The primary location for this position will be in Greensboro, NC, with the requirement to travel up to one to two hours outside of Greensboro to serve our clients.## Responsibilities* Provide direct patient care, practicing within the scope of the registered nurse practice act* Continuously assess, use nursing diagnosis, implement, plan, and evaluate patient care, actively involving patients and their families in the process* Collaborate with physicians and other interdisciplinary team members to develop a comprehensive plan of care that addresses the unique needs of each patient and their family* Facilitate patient start of care through the admission process* Act as a patient advocate, ensuring their rights, preferences, and safety are upheld* Document and effectively communicate any changes in the patient's condition promptly to team members, the Director of Clinical Services, and the physician* Provide nursing care to home health patients, adhering to established standards of care and following agency policies and procedures* Educate patients and their families on infusion therapy management, potential side effects, and self-care practices## Required Qualifications* Valid NC Registered Nurse (RN) license Or Multistate RN License (Compact)* Minimum of 1 year of recent RN experience (Infusion, ER, ICU)* Excellent IV insertion skills* Healthcare provider CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification* Current North Carolina Driver's license with proof of insurability* Reliable transportation## Preferred Qualifications* CRNI (Certified Registered Nurse Infusion) or IgCN (Immunoglobulin Certified Nurse) certification preferred* Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred, but not required## Benefits* Biweekly direct deposit pay* Travel Pay* Referral bonus
