Magenta Care LLC is seeking a dedicated Home Infusion RN to deliver exceptional patient care in Oakland, CA. The role involves traveling to clients, assessing and planning care, and coordinating with physicians and the clinical team to ensure individualized treatment plans.

The ideal candidate holds a CA RN license with infusion or ICU experience, strong IV skills, and a valid driver’s license. Travel within one to two hours of Oakland is required, with competitive per diem pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of RN experience in infusion, ER, or ICU.
• Excellent IV insertion skills.
• Current California Driver's license with proof of insurability.
• Reliable transportation to travel within service area.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care in home infusion settings.
• Assess, plan, and evaluate patient care with patient/family involvement.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team for care plans.

• Advocate for patient rights, safety and preferences.

If you meet the qualifications and are ready to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others, we invite you to apply at Magenta Care.The primary location for this position will be in Oakland, CA, with the requirement to travel up to one to two hours outside of Oakland to serve our clients.## Responsibilities* Provide direct patient care, practicing within the scope of the registered nurse practice act* Continuously assess, use nursing diagnosis, implement, plan, and evaluate patient care, actively involving patients and their families in the process* Collaborate with physicians and other interdisciplinary team members to develop a comprehensive plan of care that addresses the unique needs of each patient and their family* Facilitate patient start of care through the admission process* Act as a patient advocate, ensuring their rights, preferences, and safety are upheld* Document and effectively communicate any changes in the patient's condition promptly to team members, the Director of Clinical Services, and the physician* Provide nursing care to home health patients, adhering to established standards of care and following agency policies and procedures* Educate patients and their families on infusion therapy management, potential side effects, and self-care practices## Required Qualifications* Valid CA Registered Nurse license* Minimum of 1 year of recent RN experience (Infusion, ER, ICU)* Excellent IV insertion skills* Current California Driver's license with proof of insurability* Reliable transportation## Preferred Qualifications* CRNI (Certified Registered Nurse Infusion) or IgCN (Immunoglobulin Certified Nurse) certification preferred* Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred, but not required## Benefits* Biweekly direct deposit pay* Travel Pay* Referral bonus
