Spencer Hospital is seeking a dedicated Home Care Nurse to provide in-home skilled nursing care. You will collaborate with physicians and the care team to implement patient care plans and ensure highquality outcomes for patients and families.

The role emphasizes compassionate end-of-life support, flexible scheduling, and independent patient management while maintaining strong communication with the care team and family members.

Qualifications

• IA RN license is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• Strong communication and assessment skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive skilled nursing care to patients within the home setting

• Provides quality end-of-life cares and support to patient, family, and caregivers

Requirements

• Flexible, multitasker, demonstrates effective communication and assessment skills
• IA RN license
• BLS required
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance required

Schedule

• 64 hours a pay period - 8 hour shifts - full-time benefit eligible

• The schedule may fluctuate based upon the needs of the department
