Job summary

Spencer Hospital in Spencer, IA, is seeking a Resource Nurse to manage staffing and patient assignments. You will provide operational direction during shifts and oversee hospital operations in the absence of managers.

Job Summary

Job Requirements

• IA RN license, BLS, and ACLS are required
• Minimum of 3 years RN inpatient experience required
• Critical Care experience preferred
• Leadership experience preferred
• Must be a caring communicator, flexible, able to multitask and be comfortable with technological systems

Job Schedule

• 72 hrs a pay period
• 12 hr day/night shifts
• Every other weekend or every third based on staffing
• Holiday rotation
• The schedule may fluctuate based upon needs of the department
