New Solutions in Culver City, CA seeks an RN Home Health Care Manager to lead our home health team and elevate patient care within the community.

You will supervise clinical staff, coordinate care, ensure compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements, and drive quality improvement initiatives. Qualifications

• Registered nurse with current licensure to practice nursing in the state of California.
• 5 yrs RN experience with previous experience in home care setting.
• 2 years management or supervisory experience in home health, preferred.
• Knowledge of accepted professional standards and applicable Medicare/State regulations.
