Job summary

Mercy seeks a Registered Nurse to manage cases and deliver high-quality home health care in Oklahoma. You will coordinate patient care and ensure adherence to the agency's standards.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited RN program, an active Oklahoma RN license, and at least two years in Medical/Surgical nursing. A valid driver's license with auto liability insurance is required; BSN is preferred, and home health experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• Current RN license in Oklahoma.
• Two years of Medical/Surgical nursing experience.
• Valid driver's license and auto liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management and home nursing services to patients in the agency's program.
• Ensure care aligns with the agency's philosophy, policy, and Standards of Community Health Nursing Practice.
