Job summary

Mercy is seeking an experienced RN to manage and provide high-quality home nursing services in Guthrie, OK. You will practice according to Mercy’s standards, coordinating with care teams to meet patient goals and ensure safety and excellent outcomes.

Applicants should be licensed in Oklahoma, have 2 years of Med/Surg experience, a valid driver’s license, and preferably a BSN. Mercy offers strong benefits and opportunities to grow within a supportive, patient‑centered network.

Qualifications

• RN license required in state of Oklahoma.
• Graduate of an accredited registered nurse program.
• Two (2) years of Medical/Surgical nursing experience.
• Valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Case management and provision of quality home nursing services in line with Mercy policies.
• Deliver compassionate nursing care to patients in home settings, ensuring safety and quality.
• Coordinate with care teams to support patient goals and outcomes.

Position Details:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program
• Licensure:Currently licensed in the state as a Registered Nurse
• Experience:Two (2) years of Medical/Surgical nursing experience.
• Certifications:
• Other:Valud driver's license and required auto liability insurance.
• Preferred Education: Bachelors of Science in Nursing
• Preferred Experience: Home Health experience.
