Mercy is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to coordinate case management and deliver quality home nursing services to patients in line with Mercy's philosophy, policies, and the Standards of Community Health Nursing Practice.
Requirements include graduation from an accredited RN program, active RN licensure in the state, and at least two years of Medical/Surgical nursing experience, plus a valid driver's license and auto liability insurance.
Responsible for the case management and provision of quality home nursing services to patients within the agencys philosophy, policy, and Standards of Community Health Nursing Practice.
